Beschreibung: A unique glass figurine of St. John of Nepomuk, depicted in priestly vestments, holding a cross – a typical attribute of this Czech saint. The sculpture is made of frosted glass and mounted on a black metal base that also serves as illumination. When switched on, the figurine gently glows, enhancing its spiritual atmosphere and providing pleasant light to the space. St. John of Nepomuk is the patron saint of bridges, the confessional secret, and a protector against dangers associated with water. Figurines of this saint were particularly popular during the Baroque period, when they were placed on bridges and in interiors as a symbol of protection.
