Beschreibung: This unique tool was used to fasten iron closures onto barrel bungs, commonly used in the past for handling liquids in wooden barrels. The combination of a wooden handle and a solid metal mechanism ensured precise and firm attachment of the closures, often marked with brands or inscriptions to identify the barrel's contents. This tool is a great addition for collectors of winemaking or brewing antiques or industrial artifacts. Also suitable as a stylish decorative element for lovers of historical craftsmanship.
