Beschreibung: Figural room thermometer made of colored studio art glass, designed by Stanislav Brychta for Železnobrodské sklo (ŽBS). The composition depicts a yellow duckling among stylized green reeds and a blue central column, into which a glass liquid thermometer with a °C scale is set. The typical combination of vibrant colors and organically shaped glass is a characteristic feature of the artist's work. The original ŽBS label is preserved on the bottom. The item represents a sought-after example of Czech authorial glass from the second half of the 20th century and is suitable for collectors of Stanislav Brychta's glass and the production of Železnobrodské sklárny.
