Beschreibung: Oval porcelain bowl from Carl Teichert, Meissen, adorned with the traditional cobalt blue 'Onion Pattern' decor. The rim is richly pierced in a basket-weave pattern and complemented by sculptural, scrolled handles. The center of the bowl is decorated with a stylized floral motif, while painted cartouches alternate with pierced sections around the perimeter. On the underside is the blue factory mark MEISSEN, used by the Carl Teichert manufactory. Dated approximately late 19th to early 20th century, around 1900.
