Beschreibung: A tall, artist-designed vase made of studio art glass, molten-formed, in a rich amethyst purple hue with a distinct iridescent surface. The elegantly elongated body is divided by deep vertical ribbing, which optically emphasizes its slender silhouette and smoothly transitions towards the upper part into an open, wavy rim reminiscent of a flower. The sculptural modeling and changing rainbow reflections give the vase a distinctively decorative character. Designed by Václav Štěpánek, second half of the 20th century. There is an engraved mark on the bottom. Normal signs of age and use, condition as per photographs.
