The scene also includes a bridge and snow-capped mountain peaks in the background, evoking an alpine style. The piece is created using the technique of relief wood carving, which gives the image a three-dimensional effect. The execution is black and white, with shades of gray, emphasizing the details of the relief and the depth of the scene. The frame surrounding the work is wooden, with a lighter outer part and a dark inner edge. On the reverse side is the original wooden board with a string for hanging.
