Beschreibung: A color print on paper depicts an interior scene where a seated man in period attire with a hat raises a tankard, while holding a pipe in his other hand. His expression is cheerful, suggesting a celebration or a moment of rest. In the background, another figure and interior details such as barrels and dishes are visible, emphasizing the theme of a feast or gathering. The print is signed in the lower right by the artist Hippolyte GARNIER. The work dates from the late 19th century. The print is housed in a cardboard passe-partout, which shows yellowing and numerous brown stains and spots, especially in the lower and upper parts. The print's paper is also yellowed and bears minor signs of wear. The overall condition of the print is preserved given its age. The frame is wooden, with minor abrasions and surface imperfections natural for items of this type. The back of the frame is fitted with its original cardboard and a string for hanging.
