The inscription “BRITISH MADE” is clearly embossed on the brass lock hardware, confirming the British origin of this trunk. The interior is lined with light-colored striped fabric and includes fastening straps to secure contents, as well as a removable compartment. Inside the compartment are two metal keys and labels with handwritten text. The exterior surface of the trunk is characterized by abrasions and dirt accumulated during travel.
