Beschreibung: An oval framed bronze relief depicts the scene of the Crucifixion. The frame is made of ornately carved wood and is covered by convex (domed) glass, which protects the relief. The bronze relief is set on a red velvet background, creating a striking contrast and highlighting the details of the bronze craftsmanship. This type of religious art often dates from the 19th century. The wooden frame with carved ornaments gives the piece historical character and visual depth.
