Beschreibung: A glass demijohn made of clear thick-walled glass, traditionally used for storing or fermenting wine, spirits, and other liquids. On the glass surface, there is a distinct molding within a circle marked with TROJÚHELNÍK M 15. The number 15 indicates the nominal volume of the demijohn, which is 15 liters. In old Czechoslovak and European bottles and demijohns, the volume in liters was pressed directly onto the shoulder or bottom of the container. The symbol TROJÚHELNÍK (TRIANGLE) and the letter M represent the mark of a specific glassworks (manufacturer) and a mold code. In the Czechoslovak context (e.g., Moravia, Nemšová glassworks), this was used to mark specific production lines or melting units. A line dividing the circle often separated the mold number from the year of manufacture or shift number. The demijohn is suitable for fermenting and storing homemade beverages or as a decoration in a retro or rustic style.
