HOW TO SHOP WITH US?

Our website serves primarily as a catalogue of goods available in our shop and warehouse, with the option to make a reservation. The website is not an e-shop.

You can reserve items on our website and view them in person at our shops (Old Shop – Spomyšl no. 147, New Shop – Spomyšl no. 146) and take them away immediately if you wish. The option to request a reservation for a personal viewing is available directly on each product page — simply fill in the contact form provided.

RESERVATION

A reservation becomes valid only after you receive a confirmation e-mail — we need to physically check the item first. The confirmation e-mail will include the reservation expiry date (the standard reservation period is 4 days). If the item is not collected by that date, the reservation is automatically cancelled or transferred to the next interested party. Please keep track of your reservation expiry date.

We process reservations on working days, Monday to Friday, from 9:00 to 16:00. After payment, goods can be stored free of charge for 1 month. After the storage period expires, a storage fee of 20 CZK per item per day will be charged.

PAYMENT

At the OLD SHOP payment is accepted in cash only. At the NEW SHOP card payments are also accepted. Payment by bank transfer can be arranged, but only once the customer has personally viewed the item at one of our shops.

SHIPPING

We do not arrange shipping of larger items via courier companies, but personal delivery can be arranged directly with us.

Smaller items with a low risk of damage can be sent via DPD after advance payment by bank transfer.
