Description: This antique deep plate, with a diameter of 23 cm, showcases historical production from the renowned L. & C. Hardtmuth earthenware factory in České Budějovice (marked with an original impressed mark on the bottom side and a printed one). The central motif of the plate is a detailed romantic landscape featuring a mountain cottage beneath alpine peaks, complemented by rich floral decor and delicate lace-like edging around the rim, executed with a precise dark brown copperplate printing technique. Made from fine quality earthenware from the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries, the plate bears authentic signs of age in the form of subtle crazing in the glaze and minor patina, which gives it an unmistakable historical character. Thanks to its well-preserved condition and clear regional origin, it is a highly prized collector's item for ceramic enthusiasts, suitable for display on a stand or wall, as well as an original interior accessory.
