Description: This iconic antique vase, originating from the renowned Ingrid collection by the Jablonec firm Curt Schlevogt from the 1930s, is made of solid pressed glass in malachite color. The item, with a matte satin finish, faithfully imitates the structure of a precious stone and is decorated all around with a detailed relief scene of dancing putti figures with garlands of flowers. The classicizing design with an octagonal base represents a masterpiece of Czechoslovak glassmaking from the Art Deco era, which gained worldwide recognition at international exhibitions. The vase is in a very well-preserved collector's condition and serves as a highly decorative element representing the elegance and craftsmanship of the interwar period.
