Description: A pair of decorative hand fans with shaped handles and textile surfaces adorned with delicate floral motifs. One piece is decorated with roses, the other with daisies and cornflowers. The larger fan is complemented by rich textile fringes along its perimeter. The fans likely date from the 19th century and served as both a decorative and practical accessory for period interiors. They are preserved in 'as-found' condition and are intended for repair or renovation – the textiles are stained and damaged in places, the fringes are loose and torn, and other signs of age and use are visible.
