Description: A decorative porcelain plate with cobalt blue underglaze decor in an Oriental style. The central field depicts a stylized landscape with pagodas, a bridge, trees, and birds, while the rim is richly adorned with geometric and floral motifs. On the underside is a blue mark 大日本 – 'Dai Nippon', meaning 'Great Japan'. This designation commonly appears on Japanese porcelain from the Meiji period (1868–1912) and is often associated with export production from the second half of the 19th century.
