Description: Decorative desktop writing set consisting of a rectangular pad with an inlaid writing surface, a letter rack, and a tall case for writing instruments. The surface is adorned with a prominent plastic relief of flowers, leaves, and fruits on an irregularly structured background, typical of Art Nouveau decor. The individual parts are made of dark patinated metal, the pad is combined with a wooden base. Likely European work from around 1900–1920.
