The scene is composed with a body of water, a sandy or muddy bank, and a cloudy sky. The work is executed using oil on board technique. In the lower right corner, there is a signature "AIM 77.", referring to the artist and the year of creation, 1977. The painting is set in a wooden frame with a gold finish and is complemented by a dark green passe-partout, which visually separates the painting from the frame.
