Description: A pair of Dutch blue and white faience tiles with a hand-painted genre figural scene in an octagonal field, complemented by corner motifs, on a distinctive purplish-brown (manganese) background; format 13 × 13 cm. The tin glaze shows subtle traces of age and use, with some chips and minor losses on the edges and corners; the reverse side has remnants of original mortar from installation. No markings or specific workshop identified, therefore generally attributed to the Delft circle.
