Description: This detailed architectural study depicting the portal of the Porta coeli monastery in Tišnov is the work of Jiří Stejskal ?. The drawing technique on ochre-toned paper uses fine hatching to capture the depth and plasticity of the sculptural decoration. The signature Jiří Stejskal ? with the inscription Porta coeli Tišnov and the date '61 is located in the lower right. The sheet is set in a wide grey-brown paper passe-partout and mounted in a simple wooden frame with a gold line, covered by glass. The paper shows slight signs of oxidation consistent with age; the passe-partout is in good condition. The frame has minor abrasions and surface imperfections at the corners. On the reverse side, in the middle of the backing board, there is a barely legible pencil inscription "Stejskal". A collector's item with significant topographical and historical context.
