Description: Mid-20th century ceiling light, whose design is characteristic of the 1950s and 1960s in Czechoslovakia. The luminaire consists of a circular opal glass diffuser, which provides diffused lighting, and a dark metal frame. The original manufacturer's label is visible on the diffuser's surface, blue and white with a prominent stylized letter S. This manufacturer's label is an identifying mark of period production, likely originating from a Czechoslovakian glassworks, for example, Kamenický Šenov. This typical element of Czechoslovakian design represents a functional and aesthetic interior accessory from that period. The electrical wiring is original – we recommend checking it before connecting.
