Description: This print depicts the Gros Horloge, the Great Clock on Rue du Gros-Horloge in the French city of Rouen. This motif was frequently rendered by French artists at the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries. The work is signed in the lower right corner with the mark "MARS", which is the typical signature of the artist Maurice Bonvoisin. The print is set in a wooden frame. Typical signs of material aging are visible on the paper, such as small specks and a slight change in the background color tone.
