Beschreibung: This three-piece bar shaker (Cobbler type) dates from the first half of the 20th century. It is made of solid metal; both the body of the vessel and the two parts of the cap are adorned with delicate raised bands featuring a pressed Art Nouveau or Art Deco floral relief (motifs of small flowers and leaves). The inside of the vessel is coated with a layer of yellow metal, which served as functional protection against aggressive acids from citrus juices and alcoholic beverages. The shaker consists of three perfectly fitting parts: the main mixing vessel, a central conical part with a built-in perforated strainer, and a top cap, which also functioned as a measuring cup. A mark is stamped on the bottom of the base.
