This collection of older metal buttons, featuring a burning grenade motif in various sizes and material variants, predominantly in brass and silver-plated finishes, constitutes a comprehensive collector's set. The buttons bear a raised relief of a grenade with a flame, typical for military uniforms, and retain their original surface with natural patina and traces of age. The diversity of dimensions and shades documents the evolution of uniform accessories and makes the set suitable for militaria collectors, historical clothing reconstructions, costume props, and decorative display.
