Description: A French-made metal medical irrigator, marked "Seul véritable irrigateur du Dr. Eguizier – Marque de Fabrique T2M", dating from the second half of the 19th century. The device was intended for medical and hygienic purposes, and its patented design allowed for pressure regulation of the liquid using a hand crank and a drain tap. The lid retains the original French instructions for use. This is a period medical instrument with authentic patina, interesting for collectors of old medical aids or as an exhibit for museum collections.
