Description: A pair of historic wooden ice skates with original metal blades and leather straps, marked with the engraving "P.B. HEERENVEEN" and "Super PB" on the blade, originating from the famous Dutch production in the province of Friesland; these traditional skates are designed to be attached to regular footwear using a system of leather straps with metal buckles, while the wooden body bears a distinct natural patina and traces of long-term use, confirming their authentic origin. The metal blades correspond to period craftsmanship with visible manufacturer's markings, and the entire set appears very credible, making it ideal as a stylish decorative item for rustic spaces, a valuable collector's piece for winter sports enthusiasts, or a period prop.
