Description: This exceptionally rare and decorative cast iron model of a kitchen stove dates from the late 19th or early 20th century. It is either a luxury toy from that era or a precise stove-maker's advertising model, manufactured by the famous French foundry firm Godin. Above the main doors, the original clear inscription “GODIN & CIE BTE S.G.D.G.” is cast. The stove stands on four elegantly shaped legs and features detailed plastic decoration on the front panel, functional doors, and an integrated tap for water heating on the right side. Also included in this offer is an authentic six-piece set of miniature metal cookware, which includes a saucepan with a long handle, a frying pan, a cauldron with a movable handle, two baking dishes with handles, and an elongated perforated tray. The entire set is in original found condition with a very captivating historical patina, slight surface corrosion, and signs of age that only emphasize its authenticity. This is a highly prized collector's item that will adorn an exhibition of historical toys or serve as a unique rustic decoration.
