Description: A decorative sculpture of a blacksmith standing at an anvil, made of patinated metal and mounted on a black veined marble base. The figure is depicted with a bare torso, a work apron, and a head covering; the anvil is placed on a cylindrical plinth. Likely Central European work from the first third of the 20th century. The statuette is damaged – the original object is missing from the right hand, probably a hammer or another blacksmith's tool. The surface shows patina and common signs of age, the marble base has traces of use.
