Description: A small landscape work depicting a view of a village. The technique is ink drawing, likely combined with wash, which is characteristic for capturing depth and shadows in a landscape. The author is Josef (Jožka) Šrámek (1893–1971), a significant Czech painter, illustrator, and drawing teacher, active primarily in Ostrava. In his work, Šrámek focused on capturing the atmosphere of the countryside, especially the regions of Silesia and Horňácko. His works often present lyrical views of rural landscapes and life. The work is mounted in a simple frame with a passe-partout. Additionally, a handwritten text is visible, which likely refers to the author.
