Description: A drawing with a figural motif of a horseman, depicting the "Ride of the Kings" (Jízda králů) – a ceremonial or symbolic scene with significant movement of the figure and emphasis on the attire and decorated horse harness. Executed on toned paper using a combined drawing technique. The author is František Sylva Toman (1886–1942). The work is signed in pencil in the lower right part with the legible signature "Fr. Sylva Toman". The dating is not clearly documented on either the front or back. The work is framed under glass, with a passe-partout and in its original decorative frame with a gilded finish; the passe-partout shows minor signs of age, the frame has abrasions and patina in places consistent with age. The drawing is well-preserved, without significant damage.
