Description: A set of ski equipment consisting of a pair of wooden skis and two bamboo poles. The skis are made of laminated wood, likely using HICKORY wood, as indicated by the HICKORY marking on the base. The surface of the skis is lacquered in a burgundy shade with a longitudinal light stripe. The ARTIS NOVÉ MĚSTO logo is located on the tips of the skis. The country of manufacture, MADE IN CZECHOSLOVAKIA, is also stated on the base. The upper part of the skis bears the inscription FAVORITE in cursive script. The skis are equipped with their original metal bindings. The bamboo ski poles feature leather straps and metal baskets. The items show signs of use, including surface scuffs and patina on the metal parts, which are typical for ski equipment from that period.
