The detailed depiction includes the bird's profile, its beak, eye, and feather structure. The work is executed in black and white technique, likely using charcoal or pencil on a light background. This technique emphasizes contrasting coloration and allows for the rendering of fine details. The signature "H. BRUYR" is located in the lower right corner of the drawing. The date of creation is not specified. The drawing is framed with a golden finish, protected by glass. On the back of the frame, there is a label with the text "MADE IN W. GERMANY" and "R.N.X.". A smaller label with the designation "ART 5" is also present.
