Description: A pair of wall lamps manufactured by the national enterprise Lustry Kamenický Šenov, designed by Pavel Grus. The model is known as "Cosmonaut" or "Astronaut", a name it acquired in the 1970s during the Space Age era due to its shape resembling a spacesuit helmet or a futuristic satellite. The construction combines lacquered aluminum in an orange hue with chrome-plated and galvanized metal parts. The lamps are primarily intended for wall mounting, but thanks to their stable base, they also function as table lamps. Holes for wall mounting are prepared in the base. Inside the shade, there is a white plastic or metal ring that serves to diffuse the light. The displayed lamps contain modern energy-saving bulbs. The electrical wiring is original – we recommend checking it before plugging in.
