Description: This German industrial storage crate by MAUSER from the OK product line is a functional element for organizing workspaces. Mauser, originally known for weapon manufacturing, expanded its production in the 20th century to include steel furniture, shelving, and storage containers. This particular metal stackable crate, typically referred to as a Sichtlagerkasten or Stapelkisten, features an open front for easy access to its contents. The MAUSER OK logo is embossed on the side. In the lower-left corner, a size designation, the number 3 within a circle, is visible, referring to a specific dimensional variant in the Mauser catalog of that time. These industrial boxes were designed with standardized dimensions in mind, allowing them to be safely stacked or hung on special wall rails, typical for workshops and factories.
