Description: This writing commode, crafted from solid oak, dates back to the 19th century. The piece is characterized by its fold-down writing surface, which, when opened, reveals an internal arrangement of smaller drawers and storage compartments. Below the writing surface, additional drawers provide further storage space. The commode's facade is adorned with carved elements that emphasize the period character of the furniture. The construction rests on four profiled legs, one of which has been repaired. This writing commode represents a functional piece of furniture offering both storage options and a writing area.
