Description: This white porcelain figurine of a boy with grapes is a work of the Turn brand, which is associated with the renowned Austrian manufacturer Ernst Wahliss. Wahliss, active in Vienna, was a significant producer of porcelain at the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries, known primarily for detailed figurines and decorative porcelain. This specific figurine has an underglaze blue mark and bears model number 219, confirming its origin in the first half of the 20th century. The figurine's height is 18 cm and it shows minor signs of age, including a hairline crack on the right knee. Ernst Wahliss acquired the Turn porcelain factory (today's Teplice) in Bohemia in 1894, and under his leadership, the factory became a significant producer of high-quality porcelain and ceramics.
