Description: An artistically crafted box with a lid made from opaque emerald green glass with marbling, imitating the appearance of the precious stone malachite. The dominant feature of the removable lid is a sculptural peacock motif with a richly fanned tail, which smoothly transitions into a relief floral decoration covering the entire body of the vessel. This type of decorative glass was very popular in the first half of the 20th century and is prized for its rich coloration and detailed pressed relief. The entire piece is in very good condition, only the inside of the lid is damaged; it presents a representative impression and is suitable as a stylish interior accessory, a jewelry box, or a valuable collector's item.
