The item bears the impressed mark "F&M", which was used exclusively between 1853 and 1875 under the management of Christian Fischer and Ludwig von Mieg. The bowl is characterized by its elegant wavy rim and rich, hand-tuned floral decor with a dominant rose, typical of the aesthetic of luxurious dining at the time. The Březová porcelain factory was considered the highest quality in Bohemia during this period, and its products are still highly valued today for their whiteness and precise craftsmanship.
