Description: This monumental decorative vase on a tall bell-shaped foot, shown in the photograph, is an excellent example of the production of the renowned ceramic manufactory Schütz Blansko from the late 19th century (approx. 1880s to 1890s). The item captivates with rich relief decoration featuring prominent mascarons and garlands, which are colorfully highlighted in pastel pink tones against a contrasting greenish-brown glazed background, while the interior is rendered in a typical turquoise blue color. The vase, measuring 34 x 18 cm, bears an authentic impressed manufacturer's mark on the underside, and despite minor damage in the form of a chip on the lower edge of the foot, it represents a highly valuable collector's piece documenting the top level of Moravian artistic and craft ceramics of the Historicism period.
